The Story Behind Fair Solutions

Built by an Owner With Real Field Experience

Fair Solutions LLC was founded in 2022 by Thomas after successfully running a previous HVAC company for six years, building on more than 14 years of hands-on industry experience. He saw firsthand that many homeowners felt overwhelmed by unclear pricing, rushed service, or technicians who treated them like just another stop on the schedule. Fair Solutions was created to offer something different: an owner-operated heating business where the person diagnosing your system is the same person standing behind the work. Today, that structure means consistent workmanship, clear communication, and a licensed HVAC contractor in WV who takes personal responsibility for every job.
